I'm Fiona and I created Eve Bakery in London N8 in October 2020. After finishing a successful career in the City I wanted to pursue my true passion for food and share the cakes, pastries and breads that I was baking for my family, neighbours and friends more widely with my local community and beyond. I chose 'Eve' because of its meaning - 'life', 'to live'. This is a new life chapter for me and I want to share my expression and creativity through baking and food with you.
Using the best quality, natural ingredients with known provenance is extremely important to me. I try whenever possible to use seasonal, organic and low intervention products, sourced locally if I can. All my cakes and pastries are made using organic Shipton Mill flour, Estate Dairy butter and free range eggs. I use 70% organic Fairtrade chocolate from Ecuador in my delicious brownies.
I plan to sell my bakes directly to the public at local community and farmers markets and can supply to shops, cafes and restaurants. I am also available to bake your celebration and wedding cakes to order, all beautifully decorated with natural ingredients and flowers.
